인공어초 낚시는 제일 난위도가 높고 밑걸림시 추와 합사의 손실이 많다는 점을 고려해야 합니다.

인공어초에서도 침선과 마찬가지로 대상어가 입질을 주는 수심층을 확인하고 공략을 해야 하는데 바닥에서 50cm~1m 들고 바닥층을 먼저 공략해 입질도를 확인하고 입질이 없을시 선장님이 말해준 어초의 높이 만큼 감아 올려 어초의 상층을 공략해야 합니다.
어초라 해서 모두 밑걸림이 고약한 것은 아님으로 조류가 세지 않을때는 바닥에서 부터 어초를 타고 넘으며 구멍치기로 대상어를 공략하는 것도 좋은 방법 입니다.
인공어초는 육지에서 대략적으로 15~20 마일(27km~36km)이내에 분포되어 있는데 대부분이 육지에서1시간이내에 포인트에 도착하여 낚시를 할수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.
